Shipping Policy

Tracking information is automatically sent by email after the order is shipped.  If you have not received tracking information, please contact us! 

United States Orders 

Orders over $100 ship for free to anywhere in the United States.  Orders under $100 will have the shipping costs calculated at checkout. 

• Orders ship every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a shipping day will be shipped same day.

• All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless another service is selected. 

• Shipping times may vary due to current carrier challenges.

International Orders 

Wisconsin Grown Ginseng LLC is not able to ship orders internationally at this time.  Customers must ship all orders to a valid United States address and reship the order internationally by their own means. 

Wisconsin Grown Ginseng LLC is not responsible for packages after they have left our facility.
